About Us
Little Offices was established in 2012 in response to a fundamental change in the way in the which SMEs and freelancers wanted to occupy their workspace. Since those early day, the flexible approach to occupying business accommodation has increasingly become the norm and is now adopted by many large organisations as a solution to offering their staff a hybrid home/office work option.
Our first owned centre was Kirkintilloch, north of Glasgow and since then, we have agreed Management Contracts for additional centres Ayrshire & North Lanarkshire. Further locations are proposed for Glasgow South & Fife in 2023.
The Management Team is from a Chartered Surveying background and has extensive hands on experience in commercial property development, management & leasing.
What We Do
Little Offices work together with building owners to create flexible workspaces within their commercial property. By entering into Management Agreements with Little Offices, landlords will benefit from expertise in creating lettable workspaces to generate net revenue streams greater than may otherwise be achievable via more traditional leasing.
