10 benefits of a workplace at Little Offices
There are many reasons why the small, boutique style offices and work-spaces offered by Little Office, at multiple sites around Glasgow, suit a range of small to medium-sized businesses and sole traders.
We’re flexible: We do not offer a one-lease-fits-all occupancy contract. We want to chat to you and find out what you need and then create a lease to suit you, whether it is short term or long term. You can chooses a Serviced Office Contract for a single monthly and inclusive fee or a leased office for a more permanent, long-term office suite. See Little Offices gave me a quiet space to study for 6 months.
Everyone is welcome: You could be a medium-sized company that is well established, a small start-up business, a sole trader or an entrepreneur who hopes to expand quickly. We have an office or work-space to suit you all and we are very happy to discuss all your needs and the smallest of details.
Location, location: Our office centres are carefully chosen to offer the best locations for west coast businesses. The locations include Kirkintilloch on the northern outskirts of Glasgow, Cumbernauld, a North Lanarkshire town situated just a short drive north east of Glasgow and the new Innovation Centre at Irvine, in North Ayrshire and an easy drive south of Glasgow.
Our theory is that local is better for company’s owners and staff. If you live on the north side of the city, why waste time and costs commuting into the busy city centre when you can base your business locally, such as in Kirkintilloch or Cumbernauld?
If you live south of the city, why drive each day into the city centre when you can make a far easier commute south to Irvine? See How to ditch the commute.
Fixed costs: Little Offices’ Fully Serviced Option gives you complete budgeting certainty with no hidden costs to worry about. The only bill you will receive, other than your monthly fee, is for the telephone calls you make.
Work when you want: Many office spaces have strict opening hours and run them according to more traditional “normal office hours”. But Little Offices take a far more flexible approach. Speak to us about how you can utilise your office space to suit your working hours, outwith what is considered “normal” working hours.
Virtually there: Do you need a professional business address and adhoc access to office facilities and meeting rooms? We have the capacity to offer virtual offices with an easy booking system. We can collect and forward your mail and even provide you with a landline telephone number.
A place to meet: You could hire a meeting room for an hour or half a day at Little Offices. We’ll make sure there is wifi access and tea/coffee or light lunches on request.
High speed connection: Fast and efficient fibre broadband and telephony are essential components for modern businesses. We understand this and ensure our Little Office centres are located on the exchange and with superfast broadband. We have thought about this so you do not have to worry about high speed connectivity.
A chance to network: The office spaces at Little Offices are occupied by a variety of businesses and many of them are local. In fact, in some office centres all business owners live within an eight-mile radius and most within a five-mile radius.
This means you can enjoy networking and brainstorming with other local businesses should you wish to. Equally you can maintain a private workspace but many people say they value the opportunity of meeting with other like-minded business folk.
Bespoke and up to you: Let us know what you are looking for in an office space and let us see if we can tailor a package to suit your requirements. We would rather meet your unique expectations than lose you to a larger and less flexible office provider.
