Who’s new at Little Offices in 2018
We welcomed a wide variety of small to medium-sized business to our business office centres in and near Glasgow in 2017. These case studies reveal the different types of customers who value the flexible and bespoke leases available, as well as the great locations, with Little Offices.
Northern Piling
In May, we were pleased to welcome Ground Engineering Contractors, Northern Piling, as new occupiers to the Kirkintilloch centre. Previously based in Hillington on Glasgow’s south-side the north-based directors of the company realised they could make a huge difference to commuting times if they worked locally. Now they have ditched the frustrating daily commute across the city and enjoy having an office based locally. Read more about How to ditch the frustrating commute.
Local Architecture Student
Demonstrating the extent of our flexibility in terms of both occupiers and time periods, Little Offices was very happy to provide short-term office space (from October) to a local architecture student who needed a base for six months from which to complete a project.
From Lenzie, but studying at Strathclyde, the student welcomed the chance to use an office in nearby Kirkintilloch for much needed “quiet space” and high-speed broadband connection.
Public Loss Adjusting Limited
Public Loss Adjusters Scotland became a new customer at the Kirkintilloch Business Centre in October. PLA represented another relocation from Hillington and highlights how companies can ditch the frustrations experienced by navigating the north-to-south Glasgow commute.
